I had it accidentally shipped to a former address. Now, that's customer service. Of course, the people there accepted the package. I asked the company if they'll send me a new package (thinking they wouldn't, but it was worth a try) and they did. Any company that's willing to go out of their way and send another product is worth buying for, especially when it's not their fault to start with.Buy from them. Just remember to check the shipment address.
It took longer than usual to receive the package and it got sent to another address and I had to reorder. It was very frustrating.
Perfect fit, it is just as I imagin. the black one looks very good, I just love it.
I love this little guy. I'm pretty much the last person I know to finally get one.a fabulous Christmas gift to myself. Easy to use, perfectly sized.
I was hoping that the case was a little thicker though. But I think I wasn't looking for anything more. For $9 of protection, you get just that. The thickness on the click wheel is tricky, it works with a little finesse. The thin silicone case will protect it from scratches and minuscule nicks. It includes a thin plastic film to place over the screen. There are better, harder cases out there, but I will stick with this one for a while as it does it's job. I hardly take it out of my pocket anyways.
